We had an amazing stay at a charming Japanese-style inn near Biwa Lake. The couple running the inn were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even took us to a fantastic restaurant and picked us up after our meal. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for hiking and exploring the area. we highly recommend this hidden gem for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

All in all, good value. A beautiful view from the room. Lake Biwa is not far from the hotel. Visited their restaurant CoCo couple of times:)))

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure. the location was convenient and clean, with a nearby restaurant and coffee shop. the garden and carp pond were beautifully maintained. No mosquitoes in the area. Great for breaking up a long drive to the mountains.
